Meet Our Founding Team

Graca Hall – Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer 
Leads the company’s strategic vision, governance, and development of a digital platform. With a background spanning maternal health advocacy, digital health innovation, and perinatal support, Graca brings a systems-level perspective to the challenges women face during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Beatrice Xu – Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer 
Leads product strategy and development at Ceraluna, bringing a background in Global Health Management and Psychology. Her work focuses on designing thoughtful, user-centred digital experiences that support women’s wellbeing across pregnancy and postpartum.

Ceraluna Health is supported by contributors and advisors across compliance, research, market and healthcare domains who provide input at different stages of development.
